A player registers with LooLi online using his PC or at a Casino. Once a player is registered in the LooLi system he is considered to be a Team Mate. Team Mates can install the LooLi App on their Smartphone or tablet from their App store.

When a player registers with LooLi, an account is created at a Casino of his choice. This account will store money to be used for gaming.

Once a Team Mate has the Smartdevice App or is using LooLi from their PC at home they can find other friends, family or acquaintances who are Team Mates in LooLi and connect with them. Team Mates can form similar like groups on a regular basis. A typical group may be something like Tuesday night’s game for the Smith family and friends. Team Mates receive Players Cards and receive loyalty points as if they were playing inside the Casino.

When a Team Mate enters a Casino, they become a LooLi “Main Player”. LooLi Main Players play inside the Casino on Casino operated machines, while Team Mates play outside the Casino with a Main Player subject to any state and federal regulations. Any Team Mate can become a Main Player simply by playing inside the Casino.

When a Main Player registers at a Slot Machine using their Players Card, the LooLi system registers him at that Casino using the Slot Machine of choice.

A Team Mate may choose to be notified by their LooLi App if any of their friends are playing in a Casino as a Main Player.

A Team Mate may also use their LooLi App to find friends that are Main Players and decide to play along with them.

Using the LooLi App, a Team Mate see’s a facsimile of the gaming machine display and makes independent wagers on the results of the same Slot Machine as the Main Player using the pre- established account with the Casino. He sends the Main Player a Text, talks or video chats with him and others notifying them that he is playing along with them, creating a special unique social event.

The Main Player initiates the game after his Team Mates make their independent wagers and the game begins. All the players can talk, see each other, laugh and root for each other to win, creating a unique social gaming experience.

The gaming device displays the Main Player’s winnings the same way it does now.

The Main Player receives his winnings from the gaming device. The Team Mate made his wager using his LooLi Account and the proceeds or losses from his wager are credited to or debited from his LooLi Casino account. The Team Mate may receive his funds from his Casino account by requesting a check to be mailed or have the money wired from his account or going to the Casino to receive cash.

A Casino may opt to give Reward Points to players. The Rewards may be redeemed under the Casino’s reward’s program.

Casinos may choose to give different types of Rewards to Main Players and Team Mates.

Each player’s wagers are independent, there can be many players enjoying the experience playing with the Main Player at the Casino simultaneously. Each player separately determines the amount of their wagers, and their wagering techniques.

The Team Mate is independent of the Main Player except the Main Player controls the gaming device. The Team Mate experiences Progressive Slots and all the entitlements as if they were at the Casino. The Team Mate Player’s Card brings another level in maintaining Casino brand loyalty.
